The PLCAC visits LiUNA local 837 Training & Education Centre
On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, the PLCAC staff and partners visited the LiUNA Local 837’s Training Centre in Grimsby, Ontario.
Joe Mancinelli, President of LiUNA Local 837 and Vice President of LiUNA International, Tony Pietrangelo, LiUNA Assistant Regional Manager and International Representative for Central & Eastern Canada, Riccardo Persi, LiUNA Local 837 Business Manager and Nick Ciccone, LiUNA Executive Director introduced the group to the state-of-the-art training centre. Joe Mancinelli commented that “our ongoing collaboration continues to strengthen Canada’s skilled workforce and takes proactive leadership to respond to growing infrastructure demands including building, maintaining and strengthening resilient infrastructure that keep our county and economy strong”.
