PLCAC attends the 21st BC Natural Resources Forum

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 21st Annual BC Natural Resources Forum was held in Prince George, BC from January 16 to 18, 2024, offering a positive, non-partisan arena to discuss and learn the latest news, trends and opportunities within the resource sector in BC and across Canada.  The event explored the crucial realm of collaborative decision-making, emphasizing the importance of meaningful partnerships between First Nations, Government, and the BC Resource Sector.

The Canadian Pipeline Advisory Council (CPAC), a sponsor for the BC Natural Resources Forum, is a co-operative joint labour & management group of senior pipeline craft union representatives and officers of the PLCAC.

The PLCAC Executive Director, Kevin O’Donnell and CPAC hosted Premier Eby and 250 industry representatives at a networking event on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

CPAC was represented at the event by Lyall Nash, President of TESTCO Western Ltd.; Mark Olsen, LiUNA Western Canada Sub-Regional Manager; Tony Pietrangelo, LiUNA Assistant Regional Manager and International Representative For Central & Eastern Canada; and Damien Stanley, International Representative, International Union of Operating Engineers.
