Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada: 69th Annual General Meeting & Convention

The Board of Directors of Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada welcomed delegates to Victoria, BC for the 2023 AGM & Convention from May 14-18.
The convention started off with a day of meetings. First, Board of Directors meeting, then the Canadian Pipeline Advisory Council meeting and finally the World Federation meeting. The welcome reception was a fun event to register all delegates and meet & greet everyone in attendance. The President’s Dinner was a nice ending to the day.
The annual golf tournament was a blast for all the golfers on the second day of the convention. The kick-off Party was enjoyed by all the delegates and guests.
The Annual General Meeting was held after breakfast, followed by the Associates Meeting on the third day. After the meetings, there were several optional activities and the evening event was the John Deere Off-site reception, dinner & entertainment.
On the fourth day, the General Business Session was held after breakfast, followed by the second Board of Directors meeting. Following the optional activities for the day, the Caterpillar Theme Party was a blast with all the Victorian costumes!
Finally, on the last day of the convention, the Executive Development Session was held immediately after breakfast. There were also several optional activities for the attendees to enjoy. The AGM & Convection was closed with an Evening Gala. During the Gala, Wesley W. Waschuk, President of Waschuk Pipe Line Construction Ltd., was appointed President of the PLCAC for the 2023-2024 term.
