Erin Kilar-Bearman of Summit Pipeline Services ULC was presented with the Jack Cressey Future Leader Award on May 27th, 2020 during the 66th PLCAC Annual General Meeting.
Erin is currently Project Manager with Summit and has spearheaded several key value-added programs and initiatives which are of significant contribution to the business. She has provided leadership and involvement in the development in the following programs and initiatives; employee safety orientation on-boarding, customer focus, contemporary human resources practices, quality initiatives and has been instrumental in the development a payroll/labour equipment process.

The Jack Cressey Future Leader Award was established in 1995 in memory of Jack Cressey, board member and past president of the PLCAC, who was regarded as a strong leader, with vision, integrity, and drive.
This award recognizes leadership and is open to all regular association members’ employees, from any segment of the company, who have not yet attained executive status and has demonstrated leadership qualities of significance to their company.
