Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada (PLCAC) proudly introduces a new Labour Relations professional to the team

Effective immediately, the Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada  is pleased to announce that, following a national search, Kellie Gamble has joined the PLCAC Executive Office in Oakville, Ontario, as the Association’s Manager, Labour Relations.

Kellie is a widely-respected labour relations and human resources professional, with several years of collaborative labour relations practice and progressive leadership from Ontario’s construction building trades employer-service sector. 

In the new role of Manager, Labour Relations, Kellie will provide a dedicated focus for the collective bargaining and agreement administration functions of the Association, while contributing to initiatives that continue to drive value and results for Canada’s strategic pipeline construction, maintenance and service labour force.

Kellie holds a degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University. She brings to the PLCAC a background of achieving consistent results to the people aspects of complex organizations and sectors critical to the success of the Canadian economy, with a focus on collaboration, client service and cost-effectiveness.
